1. About RMT Performance
RMT Performance is a used car business operating in the UK. We buy and sell vehicles and may also offer services including part exchange, vehicle sourcing, finance introductions and vehicle valuations.
By using our website, contacting us, reserving a vehicle or purchasing a vehicle from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Vehicle Sales
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that vehicle descriptions, images, specifications, mileage and pricing are accurate at the time of publication. However, details are provided for guidance and should be confirmed before purchase.
- Vehicles are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time.
- Vehicle specifications and features should be verified by the customer before purchase.
- Mileage shown is based on the information available to us at the time of listing.
- Any warranty supplied with a vehicle will be subject to its own terms and conditions.
- Finance is subject to status, eligibility and lender approval.
- Where applicable, RMT Performance may act as a credit broker and not as a lender.
- A reservation deposit may be required to secure a vehicle.
- Any deposit terms, including whether it is refundable, will be confirmed at the time of reservation.
3. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a vehicle is faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, you may have legal rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and when the issue is reported.
Where a vehicle is purchased entirely at a distance, additional rights may apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Any applicable cancellation rights will depend on the circumstances of the sale.
4. Part Exchange and Vehicle Purchases
Where we agree to purchase or accept a vehicle in part exchange, any valuation is based on the information provided and is subject to inspection.
- Valuations may change if the vehicle condition or details differ from those supplied.
- You must disclose any known faults, damage, outstanding finance or other relevant information.
- You must have the legal right to sell or part exchange the vehicle.
- Any outstanding finance must be disclosed and settled as agreed before completion.
5. Vehicle Sourcing
Where we assist in sourcing a vehicle, availability, pricing and timescales cannot be guaranteed until a suitable vehicle has been identified and agreed.
Any sourcing fees, deposits or specific terms will be confirmed before we proceed.
6. Finance
Vehicle finance is subject to status, affordability checks, eligibility and lender approval.
Finance quotations are illustrative and may change depending on the lender, vehicle, deposit, term, APR and individual circumstances.
You should review all finance documentation carefully before entering into any agreement.
7. Website Use
The information on this website is provided for general information only. Vehicle prices, stock, specifications and availability may change without notice.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or completely up to date.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, RMT Performance will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
